Procedure after the defence of the final/master’s thesis
After the defence of the final/master’s thesis, the student is required to submit the following documents in original form to the Student Office:
- Minutes and decision from the defence
- Signed report on the conducted originality check of the student’s work – Turnitin
- Signed approval of the Ethics Committee for Biomedical Research of the Faculty of Health Studies or approval of the ethics committee of the institution where the research is conducted or a supervisor’s statement on the ethical nature of the research for low-risk research
- Confirmation of submission of the thesis to the DABAR repository
- Completed forms:
Student satisfaction questionnaire (completed online)
Request for issuing a certificate of completion of studies (to be completed and submitted to the Registry Office)
ALUMNI Record of graduated students (completed online)
AZVO Form for collecting graduate data (completed online) - Recognition of extracurricular activities through which students acquire relevant competencies (Guidelines for the diploma supplement)
- The student must return the student ID card
